2 Years of Tarceva

Today was my 3 month scan again. I feel like everything is going to be fine but these days are a little nerve racking. I asked them to inject the contrast slow again because it seems to help with the slight nausea . Below are the test results: ALL GOOD. I am truly blessed

CT CHEST AND UPPER ABD W, 11/7/2018 10:19 AM 

CLINICAL INFORMATION: 54 years, Male with history of stage IV lung adenocarcinoma on
erlotinib. Assess for disease recurrence.

TECHNIQUE: Contrast enhanced chest and contrast enhanced abdomen CT. 120 mL of Omnipaque
350 contrast material were administered intravenously. Multiplanar reconstructions,
including MIP, MINIP and Slab images were reviewed.

COMPARISON: 8/8/2018 and prior.

FINDINGS:

CHEST:

LUNGS AND PLEURA: Stable post radiation changes. Stable bronchial wall thickening
consistent with chronic mild bronchitis.

Left hilar lesion is not substantially changed with the nodular component measuring 18 x 8
mm (series 3, image 45) compared to 18 x 9 mm prior exam.

No new concerning lesions, pleural effusions, or pneumothorax.

MEDIASTINUM AND HILA: Cardiac size and great vessels are within normal limits. No large
pericardial effusion.

No mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy. Stable calcified paraesophageal lymph nodes.

Small hiatal hernia.

CORONARY ARTERY CALCIFICATION: Mild. 

CHEST WALL: No significant abnormality noted.

ABDOMEN: Absence of enteric contrast material limits sensitivity for abdominal pathology.

LIVER, BILIARY TRACT: No suspicious hepatic lesions or biliary ductal dilatation.
Cholelithiasis.

SPLEEN: Hypoattenuating lesions not substantially changed and favor benign etiology.

ADRENAL GLANDS: No significant abnormality noted.

KIDNEYS, URETERS: Multiple hypoattenuating lesions of bilateral kidneys are not
substantially changed inferior benign etiology.

PANCREAS: No significant abnormality noted.

RETROPERITONEUM, LYMPH NODES: No significant abnormality noted.

BOWEL, MESENTERY: Absence of enteric contrast material limits sensitivity for GI
pathology.
No gross abnormalities noted.

BONES, SOFT TISSUES: No significant abnormality noted.

OTHER: No significant abnormality noted.
